This registration is for players who have been officially selected to join an AMPD Athletics travel team. If you have not received a selection notification, please visit our Programs page or contact us for tryout information.
Before You Begin

- Review all terms carefully before signing

- Emergency contact information
- Current mailing address
If your required documents are not readily available, you may email them directly to getampd@ampdathletics.com. However, please note that failure to submit all required documents may risk your player's eligibility to participate in upcoming tournaments. We encourage you to submit everything as soon as possible to secure your spot.
