Arrive 30 minutes before your event for check-in and bracket seeding
All players must check in before the event begins — late arrivals may forfeit their spot
3on3 teams — all rostered players must be present at check-in
Bring athletic shoes and a water bottle — stay hydrated in August heat
Trophies awarded to 1v1 and 3on3 tournament champions

AMPD Athletics — Liability Waiver & Release
In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Bobby Walker Basketball Tournament events hosted by AMPD Athletics, I/We the undersigned parent or legal guardian hereby agree to the following:
1. Assumption of Risk. I acknowledge that participation in basketball and related athletic activities involves inherent risks of physical injury, including but not limited to sprains, fractures, concussions, and other injuries. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
2. Release of Liability. I/We release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue AMPD Athletics, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, coaches, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages arising from participation in these events.
3. Medical Authorization. In the event of injury or illness, I authorize AMPD Athletics staff to seek emergency medical care for the participant. I accept responsibility for all associated medical expenses.
4. Photo/Media Release. I grant AMPD Athletics permission to photograph and/or record the participant during the event and to use such materials for promotional purposes without compensation.
5. Code of Conduct. Participants and accompanying adults agree to demonstrate good sportsmanship and respect toward all players, coaches, officials, and spectators. AMPD Athletics reserves the right to remove any participant or spectator who violates this standard without refund.
6. Refund Policy. All registration fees are non-refundable.
